Nausea and vomiting during Second Trimester 

As you enter your second trimester of pregnancy, the morning sickness decreases and the fatigue you may have felt during the last 3 months slowly fades away.

Most early pregnancy symptoms will ease up or even disappear.

The second trimester is the easiest 3 months of the pregnancy for many women as they start enjoying different foods after a long period and as such the energy levels increase and they start planning for the baby’s arrival.

As the nausea decreases your appetite increases and the desire to taste variety of foods increases.

It’s uncommon, but a small number of expecting moms have morning sickness that lasts into the second – and even third – trimester. Talk to your doctor as Morning sickness during the second trimester is linked to an increased risk of pregnancy complications.
